Your inventory, your account.
We store what you put in: items, dimensions, materials, locations, photos, cut lists — plus your email and authentication details. That’s the product working, not surveillance.
Voice audio is processed, not kept.
Voice entries are transcribed on-device where the platform supports it. Transcribed text is sent to our parsing service to become structured items; audio recordings are not retained after processing.
No selling, no ad tracking.
Your inventory is yours. We don’t sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers, and we don’t track you across other websites or apps.
One cookie.
The web app sets a single cookie to keep you signed in. There are no third-party marketing cookies on offcut.pro.
Cards go to Stripe, not to us.
Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches Offcut Pro servers; we keep only the subscription status, receipts, and the last four digits for display.
Export or delete, anytime.
You can export your full inventory and you can delete your account from the account page. Deletion removes items, photos, and locations from our systems within 30 days.
