What Offcut Pro is.
Offcut Pro is an inventory tool for shop materials, delivered as iOS and Android apps and a web app. These terms cover all three. Use it, don’t abuse it, pay for what you subscribe to.
Keep your keys.
You’re responsible for your account credentials and for what happens under them. One account per person; Pro shop seats add named users, not shared logins.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
Paid plans bill monthly or annually through Stripe on the web, or through the app stores where you subscribed there. Prices are in USD. Renewal happens automatically at the end of each period.
Cancel anytime, keep until period end.
Cancel from the account page. You keep paid features until the period you already paid for ends, then the account drops to Free. First purchase carries a 14-day no-questions refund.
Don’t break the shop.
No reverse engineering, no reselling access, no using the service to store unlawful content, no hammering the API beyond normal app use.
Yours, full stop.
You own your inventory data and photos. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and sync it — that’s it. Export and deletion are always available. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
Measure twice anyway.
Offcut Pro is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t warrant uninterrupted service — and dimension records don’t replace checking the piece before you cut.
Capped at what you paid.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
